On Sunday, February 7th, as a lead up event to their main OBR Philippines event on February 14 (where strict observation of covid safety protocols of mask wearing and social distancing will be implemented) - community women in Marikina City - led by Gabriela - held a One Billion Rising 2021 RISING GARDENS action.
