RISE For Justice

ONE BILLION RISING FOR JUSTICE is a global call to women survivors of violence and those who love them to gather safely in community outside places where they are entitled to justice – courthouses, police stations, government offices, school administration buildings, work places, sites of environmental injustice, military courts, embassies, places of worship, homes, or simply public gathering places where women deserve to feel safe but too often do not. It is a call to survivors to break the silence and release their stories – politically, spiritually, outrageously – through art, dance, marches, ritual, song, spoken word, testimonies and whatever way feels right. V-Girls

V-Girls is a global network of girl activists and advocates empowering themselves and one another to change the world, one girl at a time. Inspired by Eve Ensler’s best selling book I Am an Emotional Creature: The Secret Life of Girls, V-Girls is a platform for girls to amplify their voices and ignite their activism. Join the Network >

V-Men

Men of all backgrounds have always been a part of V-Day. V-Men brings their voices into the conversation as they explore the issue of violence against women and girls from a male perspective, addressing the root causes of the violence and the ways men can be active participants in ending it. This year we are thrilled to partner with A Call to Men who are educating boys and men to shift social and cultural norms that define manhood. Learn More >
