Paula Allen

Paula Allen is a social documentary photographer. She has worked for human rights organizations in such places as Afghanistan, Chile, the Balkans, and Haiti. She is a longtime collaborator with Eve Ensler, presently working in the Democratic Republic of Congo documenting the genocide of women and girls and the building of a community there (by V-Day and UNICEF) called the City of Joy.
