Crystal Kile
Crystal Kile works as Assistant Director for Programs and Projects at Newcomb College Center for Research on Women at Tulane University (newcomb.tulane.edu/nccrow). Her parallel projects since the breach have been leading the emergent Collat Media Project at Newcomb College Institute and co-founding the Katrina Warriors Network. She is the host of The Poptart Show Fridays 0800-1000 CDT on WTUL 91.5 FM New Orleans (streaming at www.wtulneworleans.com) and will be on the air Friday morning April 11 welcoming Superlovers to New Orleans and V10. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, she has lived in Satchmo Intergalactic Spaceport for 12 years. Her academic background is in cultural studies, and her hobbies include baking and bike riding.
